The beauty of lighter fluid is that while it very nicely
dissolves the stuff Tandy uses as glue for its warranty
sticker, it has NO negative effect on either the case
or on any electronic componsent, or on the keyboard.
I nearly soaked Art Flexser’s coco 3 in lighter fluid
(I actually poured about a half bottle over it!)
at the rainbowfest… the stuff was DRIPING out of it…
and no harm was done to it.
VERY begine stuff, to computers, that lighter fluid is.
NOT at all like, say, ACETONE!!!!
THAT would destroy the case and the keyboard!!!
