RGBFIX for CC3

I saw some old posts here about patching Coco 2 pmode 4 programs that use artifact colors so they run on a Coco 3 with an RGB (or VGA with adapter, these days) monitor and display the artifact colors. I had written a basic program a (very) long time ago to search the bin files and find the byte to patch. I have long since lost that program, but I decided to rewrite it since I have this problem again since hooking up my old Coco 3 again (my kids like to play the old games, they get a kick out of it). So here are the listings.
